I wish to learn serbian both for social reasons and also because knowing a second language is a valuable thing to have .
I'm a beginner, I know a few phrases but its very very basic. I want to be able to hold conversations , understand the grammar and be able to write. A couple of lessons a week would be ideal and I'm looking for a teacher with patience.

I am interested in learning a foreign language because I plan to travel to France in September for a period of two months.
My proficiency level is 'beginner'.
I wish to learn Conversationa l French.
I have no restrictions regarding time required to learn the language.
I have never needed to learn a foreign language in the past so I am unable to gauge the qualification s of a tutor. However, if I am able to speak reasonably well after a specified time of learning, I will be more than happy.

My daughter and I would like to learn Egyptian Arabic as my husband is Egyptian and we would like to be able to converse more with his friends and family. We speak only a few words in arabic and would therfore be classed as absolute beginners of all aspects. We would prefer a female tutor with lots of patience.
