The reason I would like to learn creole is because of my partner and his family. They are originally from Mauritius so they mostly speak this in the home. My partner who was born in Australia speaks it fluently also. I did learn some dry basic French in high school in the UK. I would defiantly say I'm still a beginner. My aim is to be able to understand the language and be able to participate in conversations . At the moment I would like to spend maybe 2 nights a week to have lessons. I am looking for my teacher to be fairly flexible with times and reasonable in costs. Someone who is also fairly laid back and makes my learning experience enjoyable :)

I am wanting to learn Russian as I have been seeing a girl in Ukraine for 7 months now and have visited here just recently and she is coming to Australia in September, she is learning English up there and I thought it would help both of us if I new her language as well.
I am a beginner and have never learnt a foreign language before, I have tried on the internet but have found it very difficult to learn this way, so I am looking at one on one or group learning in Kalgoorlie.
I will dedicate as much time as I can, I work full time so it would need to be after work or on weekends mostly, but I could work my schedule around if only day time learning is available.
A teacher who can help me learn is all that I am looking for, I am easy going by nature so I certainly wont be a problem student.

Complete beginner interested in learning to write, read, speak and understand Russian language. Planning on traveling to Russia later this year and would like to be able to 'get by' by this stage, as far as conversationa l language goes, but also interested in a greater proficiency and understanding long-term.
