Personal interest, I have a number of friends who speak Punjabi natively, and hear it spoken around me a lot.
I am not sure how much time I want to put into this, at least once a week for a few hours, more if possible though. I have been wanting to learn for some time, but only recently took the initiative to do so.
I have next to no experience with the language, so I need someone who can teach me from the beginning. I would like to become proficient in basic conversation and communication skills, as well as obtain a more in-depth knowledge of the culture.
