I am very much a beginner. I have used a few laguage books/CDs but past that no real experience. I want nothing more then to be fluent and travel to Italy possibly for a prolonged visit. It has always been one of my dreams that I have decided to stop putting off for tomorrow.
If anyone who reads this is fluent enough they can help me learn please contact me. I don't nessecairly need an accredited 'teacher' just someone with passion and knowledge for the language.

I am a 24-year-old journalist who will be moving to Thailand in the next few months. I have never tried to learn the Thai language before but I was told that it is worthless to try and learn from a book; learning from a teacher is the best way, I was told. So I was wondering if someone could meet with me for an hour 2 days a week (or whatever schedule works for you) so that I could get a basic grasp of the language.
I am a very good student. I recently graduated from college with a degree in Journalism with a 3.8 GPA. I am flexible on price and would like to take classes for the next 2 months. thanks so much.
