I'd like to emprove my english especially conversation. I think that i'm in an advanced level. I need english in my job (i'm a doctor) mainly in the meetings and conferences.
I'll be in Atlanta in november 2008 for a week and would like to take spoken english lessons each day (3 hours a day or more).

I am taking Business English in U of A.
I have been in Edmonton for about 6 months.
But still I have difficulty speaking in English.
I'v e tried to spend time with classmates from other countries speaking in English. However there is limitation to improve my speaking because they are also English learners. So I would like to have an English conversation tutor. 3 or 4 hours/week would be okay.
Actual ly I can communicate but everytime I say something in English I feel like Canadians have different expression from mine. So I want to know what Canadians say in which situation. I need an English native speaker.
