| Description |
I have a Bachelors in Business and Psychology as well as a Masters in Business Administratio n (MBA). I graduated in June 2008 and moved to South Korea in February 2009. I am currently an English teacher.
I would be a beginner level student. I plan on living in Korea for two or three years in order to learn the language. It is a life goal of mine to live in another country to learn and understand the language and culture. I want to reach this goal not only to enrich my life, but also to gain a competitive advantage in the business world.
I want to learn both speaking and writing. I am limited in the amount of time I can spend learning since my working hours are 2PM - 10PM Monday-Friday . Ideally, I want to spend three days a week in class, but the weekends may be my only option.
I am looking for a teacher that has experience in teaching and is challenging. While I want to learn the language and culture, I also want to understand it and feel a part of it. I already have a lot of questions.
A friend recommended a book to me so I could teach myself Korean, and it has been only a little helpful. I am looking for fluency which requires some form of formal education; I need a teacher that will give me productive feedback. I am serious about learning the language and want to start immediately.
Learning Korean takes top priority, but I also want to learn Chinese, Mandarin and French. Mandarin for business purposes and French just because I like it. I do not know any Mandarin, but I know some basic French.

French was my native language until grade 3. I was switched to English school and over the years forgot all my french. Would like to have a second language and it is beneficial to have in my career. My area of interest would be conversation mainly. For some reason I am still able to read french at a basic level but it's not a major requirement for me. I am a shift worker that works 12 hour shifts 2 days, 2 nights then 4 days off. During my 4 days off I would like to take classes at least on one day possibly two days.

| Description |
Hello,
I recently got married to a Moroccan man and went to Morocco with him. I am back in America and I would love to learn Moroccan Arabic but that might be a little too hard for me to try right now. I thought I would start of slow and learn French before Moroccan seeing how everyone speaks French. My mother in-law can speak a little English and I can speak very few words in Arabic but I really would like to carry on a normal conversation with her and the rest of my new family. I am a beginner and I only know a couple of words in French.
Th ank you, Emily
