Gentlemen:
I would like to inquire if you have Mandarin classes for students from chinese schools. My 13 year old son studied in Xavier School from Nursery till Grade 6. He is skipping Grade 7 and transferring to Makati Science High School. Hence, starting this school year he will no longer have Chinese as a subject. We are looking for a school where he can still take Mandarin during the school year.

So my goal in life is to learn a few languages because they look interesting. I would like to learn them a one at a time. I am an English and Spanish speaker and want to learn Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, German, and Portuguese.
Well I want to learn because well I want to learn it would be great to know other languages when you apply for work.
If I could dedicate all my time I would.
Some one who is a good teacher knows what they are doing.

My proficiency level is approximately at Certificate 4 level. I have studied for a few years non intensively.
I went to Beijing in september 2007 to learn mandarin.
My main focus is learning how to converse.
I have very little interest in learning characters at this stage, (My ultimate aim with characters is to be able to read a menu).
I am looking to do 2 lessons a week for 1 - 1 1/2hrs each
