I am looking for a private tutor for my 10-year old daughter, who does not speak Russian at all at the moment, but taking dance classes in a Russian group and decided to learn the language. She wants to understand better what's going on... She speaks English, French and Hungarian.

I am a beginner in mandarin. I took one course at Okanagan College but didn't have the time to immerse myself. I plan to go to china in march of 2008 and i would like to learn as much as possible before that time. I work til 4-5 each day but i would be willing to dedicate as many nights a week as possible to learn the language. I would also like to learn Mandarin and use it for a career if possible. When i was learning Chinese I had no problem remembering the words once i learned them but I need work on my inflections. I am looking for a patient teacher who is knowledgeable in the language.

I am looking for an English tutor for my son, who is in secondary school, and whose major language is French.
Th e ideal tutor should be a native English speaker without accent. S/he should hold a unversity degree. Experience in tutoring children is a plus. We will mainly focus on pronounciatio n, though grammar and writing are also important for him.
