I'm trying to learn Japanese because i plan to visit japan one day, however at the moment i am taking a Japanese class at USC and need to help of a tutor to improve my conversation skills and my understanding of the language. I would like to dedicate anywhere from 2 hours to three hours 2-3 times a week but my schedule is a little tight as i am a junior. so tutors with more flexible times would be very appreciated.

I'm learning Japanese because I am half Japanese. I go to Japan sometimes to visit family and I cannot understand or speak a lot. Also, I want to know another language for business purposes. I would say that I am a beginner at Japanese. I know Hiragana and Katakana. But, I'm not very good with grammar. What I really want to focus on is conversation and speaking. I don't care much for reading or writing. The most important thing to me right now is speaking it. I want to dedicate as much time as possible to the lessons. maybe 2 times a week. What I'm looking for in a teacher is that their native language is Japanese and they know how to teach well. I want to know that I can learn. I don't like to rush through things. I expect the teacher to be very organized and prepared to teach.
