the reason why i am looking forward in learning mandarin or even japanese its because i love the culture and i love learning new languages. i also think that it could help me later on in my career.
ive never taking any classes for these languages so im a beginner. i want to me able to maintin a good conversation in mandarin or japanese. be able to understand completely what they say and maybe even be able to read it.
i am willing to dedicate about 20 hours per week to concentrate stricktly on the language.
i am looking for a tuttor who can make this experience pleasant and at my pace. :)

Hello,
My name is Natasha and I am interested in obtaining a chinese (Mandarin) lessons for my six year old daughter. Last school year she attended Washington DC's first chinese immersion program at Washington Yu Ying. I was not able to send her this year for first grade due to schedule conflicts, however she will be returning next year. she learned the basic greetings, counts to 100, a few songs and her fruits and colors. I would like her to maintain what she has and learn other things at a first grade level.
