I would like to learn Spanish because it is my girlfriend's native language and I want to communicate with her more effectively, and be able to communicate with her family members. My roficincy with Spanish is beginner level. I would like to be able to converse effectively in Spanish. I will dedicate the necessary amount of time to learn Spanish. Hi -
I have been in the process of learning Spanish for nearly ten years off and on. I have studied it at my university and have lived in Spanish speaking countries (Spain and Mexico). I teach English as a Second Language in Dallas. I would like to teach English abroad in a Spanish speaking country for a year or two. My main difficulty with the language is speaking conversationa lly with fluency. For this I could use help and practice. If this is an area you specialize in - please contact me.

I am interesting in learning spanish because I plan to travel to Panama and maybe Cancun later this year. I would also like to learn it for career advancement. Since I am currently in the service industry it would up my worth. My proficiency level is beginner. I need improvement in all levels of the language. Ideally I would like to dedicate 5 hrs a week to lessons. I am looking for a fun yet serious teacher who can teach me the language thoroughly while showing me the fun, cultural side of what I'm learning. To sum it up, I want to learn what I'm learning while I'm learning why I'm learning.
