My level in spanish is really basic. I took a summer camp in spanish 6 years ago and went to spain for a week last summer so I know the basics, but that's about it.
I am a medical student. I would like to learn spanish because I want to do an international elective in South America this summer and to do so I know I need to be at least intermediate in spanish.
I would like one or two sessions a week from January to May. I would like my teacher to be fun, interactive, yet effective.

Hi,
I'm interested in taking beginner private or small classroom Italian classes in person, in Ottawa. These classes would take place weekly, from 12:00 noon to 13:00. Does any teacher currently teach in downtown Ottawa, in government buildings to federal employees wishing to learn a foreign language at lunch time? I would be learning this language for my personal enjoyment and I plan to visit many Italian cities on a 3-week trip to Italy in 2010.
