I am looking for a teacher to teach Spanish to small group of coworkers at our business headquarters. In the not-too-dista nt future, we will need to communicate with counterparts and new business partners in various regions of Latin America. I would classify all of us as beginners. We are interested most in improving our verbal skills in Spanish, followed by grammer, reading, and lastly, writing. We can dedicate one session, maybe two sessions, per week; each session being anywhere from one to two hours. We are looking for a teacher who is able to teach to various different learning styles: visual, verbal, auditory, and tactile/kines thetic. I hope lessons can be interactive, engaging even beyond the classroom, and applicable to our business needs. Non-conventio nal teaching techniques are welcome; we're a non-conventio nal group. Homework assignments, particularly working with each other and/or small projects, would also be of interest.

I have a love of the french language and have wanted to become fluent for years. I've tried self study and group classes, most recently spending two weeks in Paris at the Alliance Francaise Ile de France in their beginner level french course. The classes were full immersion, something I had never tried before, and I loved them. Now that I'm home, I'd like to continue these types of lessons with a tutor.
I plan to dedicate 2 hours a week to french lessons with a tutor and several more hours in self-study to enhance the lessons received. I'm looking for a tutor who is willing to provide lessons via Skype (or an equivalent video conferencing application), is willing to work evenings and/or weekends (as I work a 9-5 job) and is either a true native speaker of the language or has a degree in French from an accredited institution.

I am looking for someone who has a proven curriculum and method. I am not looking to be able to speak simple tourist phrases; I want to LEARN the language. I am also aware that much responsibilit y rests with the student, but I believe the teacher must have a refined approach as well.
