I love languages and I choose Arabic because I have new relatives who are from an Arabian country.
My level of understanding is pre-beginner : I know the arabic alphabet, some words, some sentences...I studied by myself with books and online, but I need a teacher . I want to learn the grammar and the proper pronuciation; I am not interested in a teacher who want me to learn just phrases. I can take lessons for one or two hours a week. I work, but I can be flexible, the only thing that I don't like is evening lessons.

Dear Zhongwen Laoshi,
I recently graduated from UVA and am now living in Hebei China studying Mandarin full-time. I am now at the intermediate level and plan to be studying full time through August 2011. After that, I will be doing a graduate degree in Beijing and then working in China in a Chinese speaking environment - so my goal is to become a FLUENT speaker.
I am looking for a tutor to meet with me face-to-face while I am home visiting my family so that I don't forget anything. I will be home Dec 17th for a few weeks and am interested in tutoring as frequently as possible (every day is best but not a requirement). I have plenty of learning materials and my own methods of learning that I will instruct you in order to prepare you to give the type of lesson I am looking for. I am also open to learning about your methods of teaching.

Hello, my name is Jana. I am writing on behalf of my son Ethan who is 6 years old. I would like for him to learn to speak korean. He is part korean, so I feel it would be beneficial for him to learn to speak the language as well as learn the culture.
He is a beginner and very bright. He knows a few words.
I would like for him to have a lesson a few times a week at least for a few hours each time.
I am looking for a teacher who is good with children. Very patient and extremely thorough.

Our language school is looking for instructors of many different world languages - Chinese, Tagalog, Tausug, Cambodian, Vietnamese, Lao, Thai, Urdu, Pashto, and others. Must be a native speaker of the language with experience teaching the language to adults. Must have either US citizenship, green card or other ability to work legally in the US.
