I am looking for a teacher of the Armenian language. I am interested in either private lessons or a group lesson. I am a beginner, although have listened to some tapes and have a language book. I am marrying into an Armenian family still living in Armenia, and while my fiance's family speaks some English, I would like to be able to understand and speak fairly simple conversation. We plan to live there at some point, and will be travelling there fairly often.

I studied French in High School for 4 years but that was twenty years ago. I remember some conversationa l French and some basic vocabulary. I need to improve on my French speaking in preparation for some upcoming business in Africa. I want to learn quickly and intensely. I am American born, however my father is from Norway. I tried using a cd to learn basic Norwegian, however I had no feedback. I would consider myself a beginner in the language. I have a lot of family in Norway, and I'd like to be able to visit them, travel, and have a basic ability to read.
I am interested in 1-2 lessons per week, depending on location and time flexibility. I learn best with practice/feed back, and visual learning.
