Today lets learn a few swahili words that are commonly used in a family setting :
They are;
ASANTE: - means ''thank you'',
SANA : - means ''very much''.
NDUGU : - means ''brother''
DADA : - means ''sister'',
MAMA : - means ''mother''
BABA : - means ''father'
We have just learnt that these words are mainly used in a family set up:
Let us now use the words above to construct a sentence as follows;
1. ASANTE SANA NDUGU - means ''thank you very much brother''
2. ASANTE SANA BABA - means (Try to answer this on your own and construct a. third sentence using MAMA)
