I normally brake my lessons into small sub-topics according to the timeframe agreed. At the begging I will introduce all the expectations of the lesson, and give the learner an opportunity to contribute and add other individual expectations that will help me in my delivery. During my lessons it I do a brief explanation of the subject matter and then dwell much on the learner's practice in writing and speaking with a spontaneous rectification to ensure their is much retention and mastery of the content. |
