The object of these tutorials is to promote not only knowledge, but also a love of whatever subject a child may be studying. Enjoyment is present throughout the tutorials in a style of learning that gives the student a chance to explore the world with their new knowledge. The goal of these tutorials is to give knowledge to the students, but also to fill them with a love and understanding of what this information they are being given means. To learn is not only to gain knowledge, but also to find out more about the world by implementing things taught in the classroom. Students will be constantly encouraged to explore talents and creativity. |

I have a fun conversationa l approach. I use lots of visuals, audio and video material. I do not talk about grammar a lot. I teach structures naturally and in context. I create enthusiasm for learning for students of all ages, including the ones who thought they could never learn a foreign language! |

My approach is based on the communicative method of teaching foreign language. It therefore uses the learning needs and interest area of the learner as a springboard to explore communicative contexts that are pertinent to help the learner gain mastery in the language. |

When learning a new language it can seem intimidating intially however what I do is start at the level where you are at. I, then work with a road map throughout the course for your specific needs. I feel it is important to show you where you are and where you are headed. We set the foundation and once we master it we elevate to a level of learning how to read, write and speak the language on a proficient level. It is important to have hands on experience when learning a new language because everyone learns differently. Some need to see, speak or read before they comprehend the information. I found a unique way to figure out your specific way of learning. Let me show you... |

I normally begin by eliciting as much information from the student about why they need to learn the language, how much experience they have had with it, what goals and objectives they have set for themselves in their language studies, etc etc etc so that i can understnad how I can best plan a teachign strategy that would suit the student's individual learning needs. |

I use what is called the Total Physical Response Storytelling (TPRS) method, which mirrors the way one learns their native language. In lieu of beginning by teaching grammar concepts, I emphasize language acquistion through sheltered immersion. Once a solid base of vocabulary is established, the concepts of grammar are explored. It is the easiest, most effective and fun way to learn a language! |

I have many topics for you to write about. In the beginning, they will be easy. As you improve, they will become a little more difficult. If you are studying for the TOEFL or GMAT tests, I have topics for those too. Or, you can write what you want to. |
