Unresponsive The instructor was polite and for the first session, in was punctual; we agreed to have class one day out of the week (Saturday), because it the was most convenient time for both of us. However, he was unavailable most of the time. I had just started learning the alphabet and could not complete it, because the instructor stopped responding. I waited before I wrote this review to give the instructor an opportunity to contact me to explain his absence, but I did not receive a reply. If the instructor was more consistent, and responded to questions during non sessions, I would have recommended him, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Tutor is highly proficient, timely, organized and accomodating to one's schedule Mr. Shoangizaw is a very professional teacher, is punctual and comes to each lesson fully prepared with lessons. He is also extremely patient and describes elements of the Ethiopian culture that helps cement a students understanding of the language. Excellent tutor. He has excelled beyond my expectations.
