Poles are Impressed With Malgosia I have been working with Malgosia in weekly lessons for over a year now and it's been a fantastic experience. She is an excellent teacher and sometimes when my head wants to explode she gets me through the intellectual crisis. She has a fantastic sense of humor which is a tremendous asset because this language sometimes? Ugh! But she makes it all manageable and I know she's doing a good job with my brain because Poles compliment my Polish all the time. I've been complimented by Poles both in America and in Poland. They think she's an excellent teacher, too. Some of them are simply astounded at how far I've come in such a short amount of time. So if you don't want to take my word for it, take theirs. Malgosia's a great investment!

Excellent knowledgeable teacher I am at a low intermediate level, and Malgosia is an excellent teacher. Of course she knows Polish intuitively, as a native speaker; but she also knows the grammar intellectually, so she is able to explain forms to a non-native. She also has a good command of English, including idiomatic English, so she is able to render obscure Polish meanings into understandable English equivalents. She has provided excellent materials to match my learning level, and has been flexible in allowing me to sometimes explore personal interests through our lessons.

Great organized, perceptive teacher! Malgosia was able to assess my level of knowledge of Polish (beginner, but not ignorant beginner) and start me with materials that easily was more useful than any self-instruction I had tried prior. She was always upbeat, patient, and added to the lessons with personal insights into the Polish culture, which often helped out understanding why a phrase worked the way it did, or came into use. When I start taking lessons again, she'll be the first teacher I contact, hoping she has space for me in her schedule!

Malgosia is THE SOURCE for Polish Instruction!!!!! Malgosia is the MOST PATIENT PERSON ever to learn a foreign language with! Polish is difficult to learn, but Malgosia's lessons are well planned and fun! She is extremely patient and truly takes the time to ensure that her students understand what they are learning. I have truly enjoyed learning with her and continue to look forward to my weekly lessons. She is very intelligent and uses different approaches in her instruction - since she realizes that we all learn a little differently! If you are looking for the highest quality instructor to teach you Polish - you need look no further than Malgosia!! Dziekuje bardzo!!!!!

Malgosia is outstanding as an instructor of a difficult language. I really look forward to my weekly lessons with Malgosia. She has a natural talent for teaching a difficult language and turning it into a fun, enjoyable experience. I am very impressed by the extent of her knowledge on all aspects of Polish culture - history, music, literature, art, etc. - which she interjects into the lessons. Malgosia has a great sense of humor and a keen intelligence which enables her to effectively connect with students. My goal is to become adequately proficient in the language and Malgosia is the most qualified instructor to help me to achieve this.

Malgosia is absolutely AMAZING! First off, Malgosia is the greatest teacher if you are serious about learning Polish. Polish is by far one of the most difficult languages that I have attempted to learn. She makes learning fun and very interesting! She has great handouts/printouts for learning the language. I really enjoyed having classes with her (if only they were in person......) and would recommend her highly to anyone interested in learning the language. She is a great great teacher!! :-) (I'll be back online to talk with you again very soon!!)

Malgosia is an understanding, experienced Teacher! Malgosia is a very patient teacher for this difficult language. Her course work is well thought out and builds upon the previous lessons. Malgosia understands that it is difficult for English speakers to learn the different cases and provides ample exercises to learn each case effectively. If you are interested in learning how to speak Polish, then you should contact Malgosia.

Effective, convenient and enjoyable Polish is a very challenging language. To learn it you have 4 options: - buy a plane ticket to Poland. - learn it by yourself. - assist to group classes. - follow the tailor made Malgosia's program. The first solution ... Ok, may be one day. the second one, even if you achieve to pick the best material, it will surely lead to frustration, despair and in the end the probable drop out of this wonderful language. the third option, although interesting it is not really convenient for professionals and if there is over 5 people/class it can not be effective. So please save your time and energy. Malgosia will make your learning much more productive and without leaving the convenience of your home. She will always keep your interest on the breach with a wide choice of theme (historical, political, religious). Give yourself a treat ... :)

Highly Recommended.... Malgosia is a great teacher. I have been talking polish lessons for about 4 months now and am learning so much. We meet twice a week for an hour at times that are convenient for me. And Skype is so easy to use! I use to be able to speak the language but never read or write it. Malgosia took this into consideration and laid out an appropriate lesson plan for me. Her lessons are both very effective and fun. She is a gifted teacher and I would recommend her to anyone who is learning the language for the first time or for the second time! :)

Excellent tutor; makes the impossible possible! Learning any new language from scratch is always difficult. As long as you go in with realistic expectations of your own abilities, Malgosia will do the rest! She makes learning fun and easy and will work with you on your level! She is an excellent resource for not only learning a new language, but helps one to also understand the culture! With a wonderful sense of humor, she is easy to talk to and is as patient as they come. She is also quite accomodating... we still manage to meet every week even though we live 8 hours apart from each other in different countries! It's wonderful, and I can't wait for my weekly lessons! I've already learned so much, and there is much more left to learn! ANYONE can master an impossible language with the right teacher! Thanks Malgosia!

Look mom ... I can read, write, and speak Polish! After having attempted the Polish language several times, and dropping out because of the difficulty, I have found in Malgosia a teacher I can really learn from. She has taught me to read, write, and speak the language! In addition, Malgosia also teaches about the current Polish culture. The one on one instruction is wonderful and using Skype makes it easy and flexible. Malgosia uses multiple resources to teach Polish ... songs, videos, books, etc. I recommend Malgosia to anyone considering the Polish language.

I love her approach and sense of humor! I've been taught by Malgosia for couple of weeks now, it's been very intensive, but surprisingly effective. I don't agree that she is a good teacher for younger people. I am 50 and I think I have the right to laugh, too! I love her sense of humor and I appreciate her knowledge about Poland, Polish history and culture. I can't wait until the next lesson! John Cherici.

Effective and good fun lessons! Malgosia is a great teacher, i would say especially for young people. She's a fun and intersting person who will teach you Polish but also give you a great insider look at Polish culture. Her lessons are effective without being to difficult. As i don't live in New York, I had to go back home and stop taking lesson with Malgosia, but I will definitely ask her for internet lesson. I also look forward to meet her in Poland! Melanie

Malgosia is a fantastic teacher! Malgosia is an excellent Polish teacher. She paced our lessons according to what I could handle, not too fast or too slow. She is very knowledgeable about all things Polish and she makes lessons fun! Whenever I had trouble with a concept, she would make an analogy to something I already understood in English, or compare it to an American custom, so that I could understand better. She was very flexible in her teaching schedule and understanding about my busy schedule. Unfortunately I am taking a break from Polish lessons right now due to my schedule but I am definitely looking forward to picking them up again in the spring!

Very Patient with Good Technique I have been taking lessons with Malgosia for about six months now. Polish is a very challenging language to learn, but she has been extemely patient and understanding. Her lessons are entertaining and they move along quickly. The materials she uses are very straightforward and easy to understand, and her lesson plans move in a logical fashion from one element to the next. Since I travel a lot for business I find her lessons over the internet to be extremely convneient. I can reach her through net meeting anywhere I can access a high speed connection which means I don't have to miss any lessons. This helps maintain the continuity of her classes so I don't fall behind or lose track of where we are. Malgosia is a teacher in the true sense of the word. In addition to our language lessons we have had many interesting discussions on Polish culture, history and politics. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn Polish from someone who truly enjoys her work.

Very patient Malgosia is much more patient and effective than my husband! For the first six weeks she took us through a lot of complicated stuff really fast. When I thought I would explode, she started all over again with the simple stuff. It has been good to get the review of the beginning stuff. We practice a lot out loud, which helps with pronunciation. It is a beautiful langauge, and she does a good job with it. We have learned songs, which is fun. We have also practiced dialogues where one person is picking up the other, which is really useful and fun. I recommend doing it with someone else b/c it is cheaper and fun to have an ally. I do two hours per week.

Fantastic, exciting and lots of fun Malgosia is an amazingly talented and wonderful teacher. Polish is a very difficult language but she makes it fun and interesting. She has tons of handouts which she emails to you. She is always on time for each lesson and her rates are very reasonable. When I email her, she emails me back quickly. Malgosia has a wonderful sense of humor and the time goes so fast. I work with her weekly for 1 1/2 hours and I always look forward to my lessons. She is very committed to her students and gets excited when they understand. She stresses grammar, pronunciation and understanding. I am so glad that I found her and that we are working together. My polish is improving-slowly, but surely.

Very effective and fun! Polish is a very difficult language, but Ms Malgosia is a very effective teacher. She teaches contemporary language - it helps a lot when you are among Poles and makes you realize how many Polish words you already know from English and other languages. She finds similarities between languages rather than differences. She makes you realize the grammar problems but also teaches you how to avoid it and say things the simplest way. Besides, she is a historian, so she can tell you about Polish history and culture. We have our lessons for two weeks every day and I understand a lot already. I'll soon start speaking! I strongly recommend the teacher, especially to beginners!
