Teaching Approach

My approach to teaching Igbo is the use of a straight forward system that enables students to learn faster and internalise their knowledge. Given the oral nature of the teaching, the sequential system will help to attain high proficiency in a short period of time.

Program Description

My lessons in Igbo include alphabets, numeral system, nominals or names of things/object s in the home and environment. Beyond these are basic sentences and word order. Activities include reciting words and filling gaps

Teaching Experience

I have taught Igbo to a French citizen in Lagos Nigeria.
I have also written materials for teaching Igbo language to beginners

Teacher Training

I have a BA in Igbo from University of Lagos, Nigeria.
I belong to a global Igbo Association known as Uwandiigbo (Igbo World)
