For any levels, I prefer approaching to let them communicate with the oral practice at first.
In order to build up your basic skills, I will approach beginners to improve four skills for reading, listening, speaking, and writing generally using the textbook "Genki" or "Irodori" or "Dekiru Nihongo", etc.
For the intermedaites , I can give you practice for discource like role-plays and speech for presentations .
I will consider how to approach you depending on your goal.
