Hello!
My name is Eva, graduate of Educational Studies, Department of Pedagogy for Education, University of Ioannina (UOI), Greece, since June 2013. I am also holder of the post-graduate degree “Teaching Greek as a Foreign Language”, University of Nicosia, Cyprus, since June 2017. My educational experience dates from 2009, teaching Greek as a foreign language (private lessons) to minor native speakers and, since 2015, to non-native minors and adults. Furthermore, I have recently been employed as a teacher in the Greek Primary School of Cairo, Egypt, between 2015-2017. During these two years I have also worked in the Greek Cultural Centre, under the auspices of the Embassy of Greece, in Cairo, where I was teaching Greek as a foreign language to Arabic-speaki ng adult students (A1 to C2 level). Among my duties, I was responsible for the yearly preparation of students participating in the exams for the Certificate of Attainment in Greek. It is notable that their success rate was 100%. I have attended a range of educational seminars, possessing extensive computer skills and I am quite familiar with the use of ICT in the teaching process. At the moment, I live in Beijing, China where I am teaching Greek to Chinese children and adults. Recommendatio ns for all of the above are available upon request.
