Teaching is one of the most important professions in today’s society. I am very well-organize d and I am a meticulous person. I shall help students prepare for exams, work together on class work/daily assignments, where they need guidance with and help them improve in a particular subject that they're struggling in. In online classes, its really important to be engaged with the student. I never stare off into space or attend to w.app/email etc.
As its online class, I will always provide students with a very clear set of expectations before they commence their studies. I will support the students as much as they want. Sometimes around the 2nd or 3rd week, I can ask the students for direct and honest feedback on how things are going. This feedback will cover everything from content to teaching methods, and request any areas requiring improvement. Getting some one on one time with each student is just as important as effective group communication . Students studying online can sometimes feel deserted and alone in the digital classroom, so I will make an effort and reach out. I will allow students to reflect on the content and the experiences shared so that everyone is made aware of what they’re taking away from the course. Incorporating these principles into my online teaching methods will not only ensure a supportive community for the students, but will make our job ultimately easier too. Tutoring is a great way to help boost a student’s confidence. Whether that student is beginning elementary school or is an adult learner, there’s nothing more satisfying than watching the look of understanding pass across their face in a ginormous smile. Moreover, I want to help the community, and tutoring is an awesome way to do so.

I can take classes online. I prefer teaching English and Tamil language for Primary School students. I also wish to Teach for Adults who prefer to learn English and Tamil languages.

I have done home tutoring for Primary school students for English and Tamil in Singapore.
I have taught Banking and Business Management for University students Home tutoring in India.

I have studied M.Com (Master of Commerce) from Madurai Kamaraj University, India. I have also done certification in Web Designing from Informatics, Singapore. I have more than 20 years of experience as a Senior Business Development Manager in Singapore. I have done Home Tutoring alongwith my job too.
