I always start a lesson with revision. As a warm-up we practice some phonetics. We have speaking,read ing, grammar and vocabular practice. In pairs, students make dialogues or we play games. I also show some Russian cartoons (with Eng subtitles for beginners) to train listening skills, if the students are at least intermediate, we also listen to songs.
As for writing, students practice it at home and bring me a paper to check.

Program Description

My main goal is to make a student start speaking first of all. That's why I don't teach alphabet from the very beginning. I start the lesson with introduction phrases, so that by the end of the lesson he/she already knows some things in Russian. I pay attention to all the aspects and I always come back to the subject that has been already learnt if I feel that students are not good at it. Each 6-8 lessons I give them a test to understand what I need to explain to them once again.

I started teaching Russian last October. It was AIESEC project Teaching Romanian Youth. I taught Russian in English to groups of A1 and A2 level

I have had more than 20 students for these 6 years.
I started to practice teaching since I was in the 3-rd academic year at the University. I helped students to understand grammar better and helped them with homework.
Af ter graduation I decided to get more experience, so I chose more skillful students.
