Teaching Approach

The tape and video lessons. My classes are also flexible for the students needs and or desires. Japanese is not used in the class but if necessary, I can speak Japanese. I combine several methods such as Berlitz, ECC *repeat*, but prefer conversation. Different lesson plans can be used depending on the student. This is where flexibility and experience comes in.

Program Description

I use english conversation texts and tapes. Also video programs are used. Mainly tape listening-ans wer and question.
20 years experience teaching english and chinese conversation in Japan. Grammar drills can be incorporated into lessons if students desire this type of learning. I have taught private lessons, semi-private to college level with 45 students in one class. Therefore all levels and sizes are possible.
