Teaching Approach

Lessons would preferably as stated above on a 121 basis and it could be via Skype, over the phone, email etc. I would be willing to consider any approach to the tuition as long as possible because I work full time and would only be available in the evenings. I would like to thank you in advance for your time.

Program Description

I have been living in Scotland for almost 10 years. I am Portuguese and I teached in English for beginners in Portugal for over 10 years. When I moved firstly to London I completed the 1st year of a translation course but after passing the exams I dropped out due to the necessity of going back to Portugal due family member being poorly. When I went back I was unable to get back into teaching as this is a job for which there was no demand. I then changed business area and moved to Scotland where I have been since 2006 working as civil servant. No need to say that my teaching qualification s have lapsed as in my country you need to get accreditation every 2 years. Since I moved to Scotland I never wanted to go back to teaching but I find that I am very proficient and I can do tuition preferable on a 1 to 1.

10 years teaching experience in Portugal teaching English language.

Please refer to above description. Teaching qualification lapsed in 2001. Portuguese born. Degree in Portuguese and English teaching from Portugal. 1st year of masters I. Translation of Portuguese and English language from the university of Westminster in London.
