Program Description

Hey guys,

I am a recent graduate from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I received a degree in Interpreting for Individuals who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Over the past four years, I have developed so many wonderful relationships with members of the Deaf Community and have done an extensive amount of volunteer work for local Deaf organizations .

I spent the last three years tutoring at the University, and I have found tutoring not only helps others improve but also helps me improve too. You have the knowledge, now lets find the best way in which it can be applied. Let's develop better ways of "thinking about thinking" and determine how we can advance in our skill set and understanding of American Sign language.

I do look at tutoring as a means of income. rather I view it as an opportunity to give back to others and help them appreciate sign language in a whole new way!!
