My aim in every class which I take is to make students Understand every aspect of Literature. Literature is a field which requires high Thinking Ability and ability to critically analyze any text. Thus my focus is on making students develop Deep Thinking ability. Since Literature also require a highly creative Mind so my keen interest is in shaping the creativity of young mind through Class Discussions, Debates and Assignments. I encourage all the students to actively participate in class discussions and express their view on diverse issues so that students overcome the hesitation of expressing themselves openly.
Duri ng teaching in the class I make the students read the text loudly so as to improve their Reading, and also I specially focus on Pronunciation as I feel Pronunciation is one of the fields which need greater importance during Teaching of Languages. With almost every class which I teach I urge students to write what new they have learned in the class and also encourage them of asking question related to the text so that students do not have any doubt regarding the text. During Teaching I also relate Literature with the History as Literature of Different eras have many differences.
I myself make extensive note on the topic which I like to cover in the Class Discussion. I generally suggest students that they come to class with outlines of key themes, a list of doubts and questions and points which they are finding tough During Self-Study.
I motivate students to write articles and Poems so that they attain mastery over the language and I encourage students to read Books, Novels, Articles, and Magazine etc. so that they have a better Idea about the World.
I regularly take tests on what I have taught in the class to check the Creativity, Knowledge, and level of understanding in each student. This give me the clear picture of abilities and weaknesses of every student helps me to improve the weak points in every students.
