Teaching Approach

Having learnt how second language acquision takes place, and what enables second language learning, I use a variety of approaches and methods. My lessons are communicative and practice-base d. Grammar is incorporated into language usage and is taught through meaningful language work, rather than giving dry grammar lessons. My lessons are built-on each other: the grammar items to be learnt at my lessons are well-sequence d and are matched with new adequate vocabulary. I give out handouts that help learners deepen their understanding of the lessons. I am very devoted to my students and always ready to go through something that needs more revising. My lessons are hands on, students play an active role at my classes, as they get to try out the new language in communicative , fun and simple exercises.

I teach communicative and engaging language lessons, incorporating elements of grammar, pronunciation and language use to my lessons, covering all four areas of speaking, writing, reading and listening. I am a native speaker of Hungarian, and I have studied Hungarian Linguistics and Applied Linguistics at Hungary's top university (Eötvös Lorànd University). I also studied in London, and gained a bachelor degree there in English Language Teaching and Linguistics. During this course I acquired the latest language teaching methods that help learners' language developments the most. I apply these methods in my Hungarian teaching, too. I am a highly experienced Hungarian teacher, having taught Hungarian at a popular Hungarian language school for over three years. My students described me as a fun, enthusiastic, supportive and very patient teacher. I have great passion for teaching my mother tongue to students at any level. My main goal is to help learners to start using the language by having a good understanding of it. My students always surprise how quickly they can start reading and speaking the language using my methods of learning. Having a substantial library of the latest Hungarian Course Books, and having also developed my own teaching materials, I can enable students to gain thorough and strong language skills. Contrary to the myths, Hungarian is by far not the most difficult language in the world. In fact, it is a logical and accessible language, you just need the latest methods of learning. I'm looking forward to going along with you on your journey.
