My approach is based upon a mastery orientation to teaching. The goal is to master the material studying currently, before moving on to the next chapter. In terms of my teaching style, I am diligent, patient, and entertaining. I am very easygoing and relaxed, but also very persistent and thorough.

My English classes are a little bit like university courses in Business. For example, students learn the English terms, definitions, and concepts, for the subject. These are special courses in Leadership, Organization Development, Effective Managment Techniques, Statistics for Personnel Selection, and Group Behavior. These are unique and very specific courses for those interested in Business.

I have 13 years of teaching experience. I have taught in universities and multinational corporations such as IBM, GE, and NBC Television. I have a Ph.D., and M.S. degree, and have conducted teaching and educational consulting activites in Asia, S. America, and N. America.
