Teaching Approach

The best way to learn a language is fun. Laughing is important to build up a good relation between student and teacher. Only then the student feels easy about making mistakes and learning is speeded up.
Lessons include fun stories and audios appropriate for the students age.

Program Description

The teaching program depends very much on the students knowledge of German/Englis h. Genrally each lesson includes talking, reading and writing. Writing is a key point to confirm the students understanding of the learned lessons as well as the students progress.
In case of beginners the focus is rather on building up the vocabulary and on basic grammar. The student shall quickly be able to express their thoughts in German.
In case of advanced students the focus is rather on talking to strengthen the learned grammar and recalling the known vocabulary.

Teaching Experience

My background in teaching is origined in my engineering studies and work experiences. I was used to teach customers and to hold presentation in front of individuals and groups. I use this experience to enhance teaching of a language. I made teaching a part time job in Tokyo, because I saw that teaching friends and language exchange partners is very much fun.

Teacher Training

I graduated from university in Communication s Engineering, was working for 6 years in an international operating telecommunica tions company training colleagues for six years. Currently I am back to school myself, learning Japanese.
I have been teaching in Japan privat and school lessons.

A: Negotiable, depending on the students requests.
Q: What is your payment policy?
A: After 1 trial lesson, the student has to pay in advance for the following lessons. In case the student misses a class, 50% of the price will be returned.
Q: What is the teachin location.
A: There is no classroom. Teaching can be done in cafes or at the students or teachers home.
Q: What if the student wishes for studies at his home.
A: Generally possible. Transportatio n has to be covered by the student.
