I had been working as assistant lecturer for the last 7 Years of Marketing ,Business related and Economics subjects in various reputed Business Schools / colleges in India, who offers various academic courses like Bachelor of Management Studies, Bachelor of Banking and Insurance , Bachelor of Mass Media, Bachelor of Accounting and finance , Bachelor of Commerce .I have a Masters degree in Business Administratio n as well as Masters degree in Commerce , have Bachelor's degree in commerce as well as Education .
I would like to have the opportunity to share my experience about teaching. As a Lecturer at the various colleges, I have gained tremendous knowledge and valuable experience of teaching undergraduate and graduate students . In addition to classroom lectures I advise students on appropriate research topics and edited and evaluated their work .I believe each student is unique and as a teacher I respect their uniqueness . I apply student centered approach .My first step towards a new student would be to understand his/her specific needs. I utilize different styles and strategies , depending upon the students learning needs and ability .
