I am an experienced, friendly, and professional American English teacher with an M.A. in Linguistics. I come from Atlanta, Georgia. I have taught English in Japan and America for over fifteen years. I have taught a wide variety of courses (including conversation, reading, writing, business English, children's classes, TOEFL, and TOEIC courses) and age groups (from 5 to 75). In Japan, I have taught English in Shizuoka, Gunma, Sendai, Fukushima, Tokyo, and Yokohama. I also do proofreading( ex. TOEFL/TOEIC practice essays, academic papers, university applications) and writing (magazine, newspaper & textbook writing) work. I have co-written four textbooks for Nan'undo Press and Asahi Press.
