1- PHILOSOPHY :
- Gain a new perspective on any given organization' s activities; to be able to view a business as a system of processes that mobilize diverse resource streams throughout the enterprise, in a context of competition and co-operation, with stakeholders always in mind
- Understand and be able to competently execute the four complementary elements of management : functional management, time management, organizationa l management and daily management
- Master the principles and tools each manger needs to know and have

2- PROGRAM STRUCTURE :
I will familiarize students with the fundamental principles of management. Our baseline courses included Organizationa l Theory, Management Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, and Marketing and Management of the Firm. These principles form the foundation of more advanced topics and elective courses.
I will offer you a choice of four majors that focus educational effort on:
- Project Management and Business Engineering
- Sustainable Development and Global Quality Management
- Organization Consulting and Change Management
- International Business and Alternative Management Methods
In ter-disciplina ry courses for all four majors provide students with indispensable , up-to-date management principles and tools for the real business environment. These courses include Project Management core, Business Law, Quality Management Principles and Management Information Systems.
S upporting courses include French or English Language, Career Management and Coaching, Team Building and Business Simulation, and Business French Language.
They help students to expand their repertoire and understanding of the professional environment, tailored specifically toward International and European businesses.
