Teaching Approach

I like my students to feel at ease and I try to develop a rapport and camaraderie in a relaxed atmosphere. For me these are very important factors to bring the desired results of fluency in the language they are working on.

Program Description

I teach according to the students needs. I mainly use conversation as a way to help the students improve their skills. I use internet or magazine articles. I make vocabulary lists from the articles/maga zines etc. I explain some grammar principles, pronunciation and expressions used in the target language. I encourage my students to express themselves and use what they've already learned as much as possible.

I have been teaching on and off for the last 30 yrs.

I have a Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate. I have studied Psychology and I'm a Certified Professional Coach.
