I believe in a steady pace suited to the learner, usually with one new structure per week, associated vocabulary, and personalized expansion. Using absolutely the best, newest materials available, Japanese becomes an exciting skill and hobby.
For those interested, I can also arrange affordable, extended home-stays and vacations in Shonan Beach, (Fujisawa) Japan for immersion, adventure, and fun!! Popular surfing area, 20 mins from Yokohama by train, 45 mins from downtown Tokyo by train. Bilingual or guided stays available if requested.

Hi, I lived 7 yrs in Japan, post-military . My fiance is Japanese as well. Im very comfortable teaching natural Japanese up through intermediate / conversationa l level with translation & equivalent slang, etc. For business or advanced levels, my fiance is better prepared and can teach.
