I will be using Al-Kitaab books published by Georgetown University for instruction. I can teach you to read and write in Arabic. For more advanced students, I can focus on grammar and reading skills. I am a very patient and understanding tutor. I love Arabic and look forward to sharing my passion for the language and its speakers with you!

Program Description

I am a recent graduate from Georgetown University where I majored in Arabic and Islamic Studies. I have taken well over 30 Arabic courses both in the US and abroad. Most notably, during my junior year, I studied abroad for a year in Amman, Jordan where I lived with a host family and studied at the University of Jordan. Since then, I have studied Arabic intensively at the American University of Beirut (Beirut, Lebanon), the University of Nizwa (Nizwa, Oman), and Qatar University (Doha, Qatar).
