I am very patient with beginner students.
I tailor the course according to the need of the students.
I emphasise on the foundation & Pinyin pronunciation s, after years of experience I strongly believe that the foundation has to be strong so that you can master the language well. I came across many students who learned Mandarin from elsewhere & not able to speak it & no cultural understanding of the language. Therefore, I emphasise on the foundation course.
A fun & creative way of learning methods is implemented throughout my lessons, i.e. tapes listening, films viewing & life situations.
I have unqiue way to make my students remembering the vocabulary & refreshing their memory.

I have been teaching Mandarin since 1992 in university. My father is a Chinese teacher too. I am a MA graduate (research in Chinese aesthetics & philosophy)
