I speak five languages, having taught myself Italian, Portuguese, and some German. I am fluent in Spanish and French and worked for years on my own to develop successful and highly effective language proficiency. I integrate grammar into conversation- based language learning. Communication becomes of primary importance not a recitation of boring grammatical rules and usage. Mnemonics are used along with interesting articles and fun exercises on the Internet. Your experience with me will be nontraditiona l and effective.

Program Description

After years of taking grammar-based drill exercises in several languages I decided to totally immerse myself in conversation and sentence structure. I was amazed at how quickly I began to learn languages. My methods are non-tradition al and are successful in my personal pursuit and in the classroom. Much personalized role-playing augmented by essential grammar structures and vocabulary make for a fun but challenging course. I differentiate between small errors and large errors with communicative exercises. Schools generally do not do this and the learner becomes inundated with much little-used language.
