I have had 6 months in total of Sign Language classes. I would like to improve to a state where I can have good conversations with deaf people. I have a passion for sign language and would one day like to be able to translate Church services at my Church. I would like to learn from the beginning again, because I haven't attended a class in 2 years. I wouldn't mind one or two lessons per week. I would like a sweet, calm, patient, helpful, understanding sign language teacher. I don't mind traveling within a 30 minute radius around Geneva Center to get to the lessons.

I am studying to be a teacher and would like to progress into teaching children with special needs. The deaf community lie close to my heart as I have lost my hearing in one ear. This has only futher interested me in learning sign language. I know learning a language is difficult and dedicated as much time as I need to become proficient.
Ultimately I do want to be qualified to teach sign language.
