I would like to receive tutoring lessons in Russian. I spoke Russian very well at one point but I forgot a lot of it. I would like to spend approximately 2-3 hrs a week with a Russian speaking teacher. I have no proficiency what so ever. I wish to learn the language to facilitate my education (I'm seeking an MA in International Relations). I would need a teacher who can take me from 0 knowledge to fluency. I am willing to dedicate as much time as it takes to learn the language as well as possible.
