I am a student about to enter Medical school with the intention of joining MSF (Medecins Sans Frontier) after I graduate and hope with the addition of French and Spanish in the future that I will be an asset to numerous people around the world.
I am a complete beginner in French, but would like to become a proficient speaker and reader. I have numerous friends to practice with here, so work outside of tutoring should not be a problem. I would like to potentially tutor for 2 hours a week with homework and practice lessons to further my ability to communicate well.
I would like a teacher that pushes me to excel at French, but can understand problem areas, such as pronunciation and colloquial language differences

i want t learn hebrew because my husband family is from israel and does not speak english. i would like to be able to have a conversation with my mother in law without using my husband to do so. i have two small children who understand hebrew because this is the only language my husband speaks with them, so i would like to use it with them myself. i consider myself a beginner even though i know a few words or expressions in hebrew. i lived in israel for 9 months and attended ulpan to study hebrew, but had to quit, because i found out i was pregnant and moved back to the states. i am very serious in learning and motivated to learn. time is not important, i will take lessons for as long as needed. i would like a teacher who is eager to teach and can explain it in a easy manner.

My family and I are making Aliya July 2010. I am back and forth between here and HK at the moment, as my husband and son are still in HK and we have 2 daughters living in Tel Aviv.
I'm at beginner level. I can read Hebrew, but not necessarily
understand what I am reading.
I'm most interested in conversation and grammar.
I would like to have 2-hour lessons in the morning at least 3 times a week.
