I studied a little Russian in college, but my skills need some brushing up. I probably would fall somewhere between beginner and intermediate. Grammar and vocabulary are probably where I need the most help. I am hoping to move to Russia within the next few months for a job, so the sooner the better. My free-time and wallet will only allow for a few lessons a week, but I am a very dedicated student. The only really important quality I am looking for in an instructor is patience.

I am a beginner, looking to learn Russian with interest in travelling to Russia for research to do with a book that I a writing. I need improvement in all areas of the language. I am hoping to dedicate at least a few hours each week to learning the language. I am looking for a teacher that would be willing to help me, and possibly my girlfriend as well (who is of Russian heritage, and also interested in learning the language). We would like to meet in person with a teacher at least once a week, and have certain materials that we can read or practice with each other for the rest of the week.

I am married to a Russian woman and make frequent visits to Moscow.When in Moscow it would be very useful to speak and read the Russian language. At present I am unable to join in any conversations with my wife's fiends unless they can speak English.
I am very much a beginner,alth ough I do know some Russian words which I have learnt from my wife.
I am looking for one or maybe two lessons per week,dependin g on the distance I have to travel.
