Hi there.
I have been living in Mauritius for the past two years and have been able to learn some basic french but really struggle without proper tuition. I stay in Quatre Bornes and am looking for a teacher to help me to be able to speak french fluently. I hope that you will be able to assist me in either group or private lessons. I have rather long working hours and will only be able in the evenings after 6-30pm or sat after 2pm or on sundays. I hope that you might be of some assitance to me. My grandfather was french and I have been to France to experience the culture. I started learning french with the aid of the Berlin course and managed 2 weeks in France with this limited knowledge. Upon my return to South Africa, I worked for an export company and did a number of tenders in french. This has fueled this desire to have a comprehensive command of the french language. I struggle with the pronunciation of the language and would like to dedicate at least 2 - 3 hours per week on french studies. As I work full time and considering the traffic around Johannesburg it might be best to do studies electronicall y and over the phone if possible. It would be an advantage if I could meet fellow students in order to put into practice what I learn. I look forward to responses to this request.
