Improvemen t is needed mostly in writing and conversation, most likely with more focus on writing (I'm simply better at speaking!)
Teacher preferences: motivated, CANNOT be timid or shy, asks many questions and performs drills until perfection.
I learn and work best in environments where I have to perform. Giving me writing assignments or having me fill out endless workbooks is not my ideal style.

I am a beginner to the russian language. I am looking for russian lessons for personal reasons. I need help in everything. I am a literial beginner in all aspects of the language. I can dedicate between 3-6 hours during the week for taking lessons. What I look for in taking these lessons is to learn to speak russian while gaining knowlege on the pesonality and humor of the language. I look for patience in my lessons teachers.

I just returned from a trip to the Ukraine and made several friends while I was there. I am interested in returning early next year or during the summer months. I would like to be able to communicate over the phone as well as when I return. I have my weekends free and I have the ability to travel a reasonable distance (150 miles) for weekly lessons.
