Greetings. I am a beginner in my studies of Russian, but my aim is to eventually speak it fluently and read it without a dictionary. I have studied French and some German, both through a combination of grammar instruction and conversation exercises, and want to approach learning Russian in a similar way. I would like to meet wih a teacher for one or two 60-minute sessions per week, ideally close to my home and with some time flexibility. As well as these sessions, I can devote 2 to 8 hours a week to written assignments and listening to Russian media. I am seeking a teacher who is a native Russian speaker, and who can vary his or her approach to my studies depending on my progress.
