I am learning French because I have a home in the South of France and intend living their full time. I expect to move there permanently within the next two years and wish to improve my skills in French.
I do have some French words although very rusty and I never progressed beyond begginers level.
The grammer is not hugely important to me as I am aware from travelling extensively that conversation is most important. However it would be nice to be able to write a letter.
Th e area I need to improve is definately conversationa l French.
I would be interested in 1 may be 2 hours per week depending on cost.
The teacher would need to be more focussed on the conversationa l aspects of the learning experience with the aim of helping me to build a wide ranging vocabulary in the shortest possible time. Hopfully this would help keep the lessons interesting.
