I am a beginner (apart from I used to be able to speak German when I was very young, and did german & french classes at intermediate)

In September of 2010 I will be studying abroad in Münster, Germany for 11 months. As I have no previous knowledge of the German language I would like to learn basic conversationa l German as a stepping block to build upon during my studies abroad. I'm looking for a language instructor to meet once a week to help with pronunciation , basic grammar, and vocabulary. As I work full time, I do not have a tremendous amount of time to dedicate to studying but throughout the week I would like various lessons and homework to work on, and meet with the instructor to review the materials and ensure I am learning the language accurately.
