Annyeong haseyo! I want to learn korean language to communicate well in Korea since I will start living in Korea this coming December. I knew some basic Korean words, but I want to learn more so it will be easy for me to live and communicate in Korea. The main reason of why I want to learn Cantonese is for my career advancement. My career currently deals with lots of Chinese speaker, mainly Cantonese I believe.
S econd reason is that I have been watching Cantonese dramas (TVB to be specific) since I was around 10. Somehow, listening someone speaking Cantonese makes me feels like I am returning to my hometown.
Although I have been watching Cantonese dramas for quite a long time, I cannot speak nor read Cantonese. I might understand a bit when someone speak Cantonese to me, but the chance for me to understand it is around 15%.
I am looking for someone who can teach, guide, and help me in mastering Cantonese. I am willing to travel and dedicate my time to learn Cantonese. My aim is to speak and write in Cantonese as fluent as my native language (Malay)
